cozy vibes + crackling candles: meet affirmation candles
Seriously… is there anything better than lighting a candle, hearing it crackle, and just letting the vibe shift instantly? I recently shot some photos of Affirmation Candles in my living room and had to share because these candles? Obsessed.
They’re super cute, handcrafted, and each one has little crystals inside (yes, like actual crystals), plus a wooden wick that makes the softest flickering sound when it burns. It’s giving cozy, intentional, and high-key magical.
My fave from the bunch was the Winter Wonderland scent which was a power combo rosemary + sage = a whole forest spa moment in a jar. Clean, fresh, and so deeply calming. I lit it during the shoot and immediately wanted to curl up on the couch forget about everything for a while.
This wasn’t a brand deal or collab or anything—it was me just being extra and wanting to support a friend’s small business with a little camera action. I even gifted one of the candles to someone special and engraved the lid to personalize it (and OF COURSE forgot to get a pic of it— which is super classic ME). But that’s the thing with candles, they’re literally the kind of gift that feels meaningful even without the engraving. It’s giving “I saw this and thought of you.”
Moral of the story: support your friends. Light the candle. Romanticize your living room. Repeat.
