Your wedding stationery is the first thing guests hold before they ever arrive. The envelope in their hands, the place card at their seat, the menu they read between courses — these are the quiet details that tell people exactly what kind of celebration they're walking into. I write them by hand, every single one, with the same attention I'd give my own.

Investment
Project minimum: $600 Wedding calligraphy is quoted per project based on quantity, style, and complexity. The $600 minimum reflects a meaningful scope of work — think envelope suite, signage, and place cards for a real wedding, not a single item order.
Rush timelines under three weeks are accommodated based on availability and carry an additional rush fee.
Fee Transparency
I believe you should know exactly what you're paying for before you sign anything. Here's how it breaks down:
Setup Fee — $250 Covers the preparation, layout work, ink mixing, and everything that happens before the first letter hits paper. Applied to all on-site and delivery projects.
Travel — Billed at the current IRS standard mileage rate Calculated from my location in Temecula to your venue and back. The IRS rate adjusts annually to reflect current fuel costs, so you're never paying an arbitrary number — just the real cost of getting there.
Materials — Client-sourced by default Clients typically provide their own paper goods, envelopes, and stationery materials. If you'd prefer I source on your behalf, materials are billed at cost plus a 20% procurement fee to cover the time and coordination involved.
Delivery vs. Pick-Up Completed pieces can be picked up, delivered, or set up on-site at your venue — whatever your day requires. Delivery and on-site setup are subject to the travel fee above.
